I have rented a equipment from Bobcat of NT, Decatur recently. Both times they were excellent to work with. Great customer service, great help loading/unloading the equipment, and when they say they will follow-up on something, they do. This is my go to place for equipment rental. I am glad they are located in such a convenient location.

From sales to service, everything was outstanding. I usually prefer to use service companies close to home, but I’d gladly drive an extra 20 miles any day to visit this store! Greg Shinault was my salesman, and he’s far from your typical salesperson. He gave me a great deal, followed up with me after the sale, gifted me a jacket, and even came to my house on his own time to give me some pointers. Anything I buy or rent in the future will absolutely come from this store—no question about it!
