Terms and Conditions:

 The Raffle is open to legal residents of Texas, aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Berry Companies, Inc, and their immediate family members.  The Entry Period begins at 12:01am on January 17, 2025 and will end at 11:59pm on February 8, 2025.  The winner will be drawn on Monday, February 10, 2025.  Entrants must not be present to win.  No purchase necessary.  One entry per person.  The prize is one Bobcat ZT3000 Zero-Turn Mower (serial number 999300203823), estimated retail value of $9,159.  The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash.  The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.  By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness and photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation.  The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.
