The Raffle is open to legal residents of Texas, aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Berry Companies, Inc, and their immediate family members. The Entry Period begins at 12:01am on May 30, 2025 and will end at 4:59pm on May 30, 2025. The winner will be drawn after 5pm on Friday, May 30, 2025. Entrants must not be present to win. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. The prize is one Bobcat Branded 25 Qt Bison Cooler. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness and photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.
