I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the sales department at the Longview branch. I recently purchased a purchased a T86 with several attachments with Rod as my salesman. He handled himself very professionally and did not use any sales pressure techniques at all. He also came to my house when the equipment was delivered and went over every detail of the machine from attachments, service, operation, even raised the cab. I am extremely pleased and would recommend anybody I know to go see Rod.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Excellent Service at Bobcat Cedar Hill!I recently brought in my stump grinder for repairs, and the team at Bobcat Cedar Hill went above and beyond. They quickly diagnosed the issue, handled the repair under warranty, and even helped me with an oil change while I was there. On top of that, I had accidentally left behind a wheelbarrow when I dropped off the machine—they kept it safe for me the whole time. Great customer service, honest work, and a team that really looks out for their customers. Highly recommend!

I have rented a equipment from Bobcat of NT, Decatur recently. Both times they were excellent to work with. Great customer service, great help loading/unloading the equipment, and when they say they will follow-up on something, they do. This is my go to place for equipment rental. I am glad they are located in such a convenient location.

From sales to service, everything was outstanding. I usually prefer to use service companies close to home, but I’d gladly drive an extra 20 miles any day to visit this store! Greg Shinault was my salesman, and he’s far from your typical salesperson. He gave me a great deal, followed up with me after the sale, gifted me a jacket, and even came to my house on his own time to give me some pointers. Anything I buy or rent in the future will absolutely come from this store—no question about it!

Cat is as valuable and asset as this company could possibly have. I took a month and built a spreadsheet of eight tractor dealers across the major brands. I asked questions regularly and changed specs and configurations at least three times. Cat was patient, knowledgeable, and aggressive in her pricing. She won my trust and is a real pleasure to work with.

Just wanted to say thank you for such an incredible experience. The last two days with my 2017 Bobcat T870. It was a relief to hear after speaking with you Thursday that help was on the way. The field service tech was OUTSTANDING. After arriving today, he got straight to business on diagnosing and finding the issue. Sitting on the side of a farm to market road in the middle of ranch country, he replaced the faulty EGR which was no easy task, in 41 degree weather with a harsh wind. He wrapped up tonight around 830pm on a Friday night. So to wrap it up from initial phone call, to full replacement down to the smallest details like rubber wire covers, I am back up and running on site in less than 32 hours.

I don’t know if you all do anything special for the field techs that get great remarks from customers, if you don’t, please let me know so I can bring a gift card by for my guy. I would like to buy him a good lunch. He’s one heck of a field tech and a great ambassador for Bobcat of Fort Worth.
