To operate, raise the boom arms until the auger is vertical. Engage the hydraulics and apply down force to the auger to guide it into the ground.
Augers that operate at lower speeds, but higher torque deliver the power and force needed to dig in anchor applications and through other extreme ground conditions including rock, shale, clay and frost.
We’ve recently added 12 -25 PC augers which feature a combination 2″ hex / 2.5″ round output shaft. With the addition of the PC augers, customers have a choice of round or hex bits available through aftermarket parts.
