On Saturday, November 16, 2024, our McKinney branch volunteered with the Community Life Center. The center was started in 1989 when a group of local churches determined it was best to work together to support neighbors in need. They partner with community businesses to help provide either financial or goods for families in need and experiencing temporary crisis.
Our McKinney team served at the organization’s food pantry which serves approximately 10,000 struggling families in Collin County each month. They took donated food items from grocery chains and stocked the pantries as well as cleaning and organizing the storefront.
