We Are Decatur Day

Our Decatur branch participated in the 2026 “We Are Decatur Day” on Saturday, 4/11/26, hosted by the Decatur Chamber of Commerce. Each year, local projects are nominated ranging from nonprofits to homes and community spaces. Local businesses then provide volunteers and are matched with a project. Our Decatur team was matched with Young Elementary, part of Decatur ISD, to help clear their “nature walk” pathway so students and emergency services could regain access. Students from Pre-K through fifth grade use this area to study insects and native plants, host outdoor book readings, and maintain a large raised garden. With the help of a T770, bucket, and 72″ Pro Rotary Mower, along with the volunteer hours of our teammates, the nature area now has full access for students and emergency vehicles. Special Thanks to our Sales Rep Kyle Thornton, Branch Manager Dawson Holt along with team members Yancey, Beau, Kayleigh and Amy for chipping in their personal time and efforts to make this project happen.
