George Brown with Texas Extreme Power Washing / Nelson North Texas started working with Bobcat of North Texas in 2019
The relationship began with George working with Sales Specialist, Landon Clifton recommending they rent machines with a purchase option, commonly referred to as an RPO. Bobcat of North Texas utilizes this type of rental to help first time buyers whose company may be new or have credit challenges that would make banks reluctant to get behind them. In fact, this is where we shine!
George’s company started when he purchased a power washing setup, and soon after he added parking lot sweeping. They ran three sweepers every day for several years.
In early 2025, their business expanded into demolition and erosion control. As their jobs get bigger, their equipment needs have gotten larger. Their three skid steer loaders are now five busy sweeping every day. And on their demo site, they’re running a T76 with a trencher to stay ahead of silt fence, and a T86 with forestry head for land clearing. Some of their sweeping takes place in warehouses, so they’ve transitioned into non-marking tracks.
Looking back, as we thought they would, the RPOs paid off! George recently financed four machines thru our primary lender.
On a recent visit to his job site, he shared, “We wouldn’t be where we are if you guys hadn’t RPOd to us.” When other companies show up and ask to quote something, he turns them away saying, “You weren’t there when I was nothing.”
As we looked around the job site, watching his guys work, we saw two of Bobcat of North Texas’s finest support crew. Our most tenured driver, Rudy Ceullar, was delivering their T86 back from our Cedar Hill shop, and our Field Service Technician, Alvaro Lopez was wrapping up a fitting adjustment on their T76.
George had to brag on the service after the sale, saying of his sales rep Landon Clifton, “He’s a helluva man. When he gives you his word, he means it. He won’t let you make a bad decision.”
