A:  Our manufacturers are constantly improving their products and engineering.  Often times, there are serial breaks – meaning a different parts was used after a certain number in the sequence.  Accuracy is important to us, so we ask for your serial number to be sure we get you the right part, the first time!

A:  Yes! We use parts diagrams available from the manufacturer custom to each individual serial number.  We can text or email you these parts illustrations to help you see what we’re seeing, and identify the exact part(s) you are needing! 

A: Mistakes happen and people sell their machines to upgrade to new ones – we get it! We gladly accept returns within 90 days for parts purchased from Bobcat of North Texas. It must be be: 

  • Unopened and in original packaging 
  • No returns on electrical items 
  • If special ordered, may be subject to a restocking fee

A: Bobcat replacement parts come with a 12 month/1,000 hour warranty.
